What the audit is, and is not
The audit is an AI-generated set of recommendations meant to help you think about your Airbnb listing’s positioning, copy, and structure. It is not professional advice, and we don’t guarantee that following any recommendation will increase bookings, improve your search ranking, or have any specific outcome.
Acceptable use
Submit listings you own or are authorised to analyse. Don’t use the tool to scrape competitors at scale, to harass hosts, or in ways that violate Airbnb’s terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the tool or your reliance on its output.
