What we collect
When you paste a listing URL, we fetch the publicly available information for that listing from Airbnb and send it to an AI model to generate an audit. We do not require an account, and we do not ask you to log in.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how the audit tool is being used, such as how often audits succeed, how long they take, and which recommendations get copied. We do not sell this data and we do not run ads.
Feedback you give us
If you submit the optional feedback form at the bottom of an audit, the answers (and your email, if provided) are recorded so we can improve the product. If you tick the “okay to reach out” box, we may contact you about future improvements or testing, and only for that.
Listing URLs you submit
Listing URLs are sent through our scraping and audit pipeline and may be logged for debugging while the product is in research preview. They are not published, shared, or sold.
